| Welcome to the new look legislation.gov.uk Community Editorial Wiki. This is an interim version of the Wiki, which is still undergoing development to improve navigation using a new menu structure. The content will also be revised to reduce repetition and make it easier to search. You can navigate this interim version using the Table of Contents below, or you can access the four main sections of the Wiki from any page by following the links to those sections on the side bar to the left of the screen.

Using the Wiki
You can browse the Wiki's four main sections, Revising Legislation, Editorial Principles, Preparation Tasks and Editorial Update, set out below, or you can use the Wiki search to find the specific information you're looking for.
Search Tips: you will find the search bar at the top of the page. For best results use double quotes around a phrase. The search will produce a list of pages containing your search term: click on one of the page links and then search that page using ‘CTRL F’ to find your search term on that page.
